Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your rockflowerpaper purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Purchased at full price (all items marked sale, final sale or from the sale section are not eligible for a return)
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will not be returned to the sender in less requested. If requested, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.


Returning for a Refund

  1. Log in to your account and submit a return request through our self-serve returns portal
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Ship your item(s) back using the provided label
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please note: The $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.


Returning for an Exchange

Our returns portal does not support exchanges at this time. To request an exchange, please email us at support@rockflowerpaper.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The item(s) you'd like in exchange (including size/color if applicable)

We'll respond within 1–2 business days to get your exchange started.

 

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

We're sorry to hear that! If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@rockflowerpaper.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

We'll make it right. Retrun/replacement shipping is on us for all damaged or defective items — no flat rate fee will be charged.


Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked Sale or Final Sale
  • Worn or used items
  • Items not in original condition
