Returns can only be submitted for orders placed on We do not accept/process returns for orders made in stores, outlets, TV, etc. 

Rockflowerpaper takes pride in delivering the highest quality merchandise and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

For orders placed during our Holiday window, between 11/17/23-12/5/23, merchandise must be returned within 45 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. For any orders placed outside the holiday window, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Products must be in the condition you received them (unused/unworn) and in the original box and/or packaging. Returns that fail to meet these requirements will not be accepted, refunded or sent back. Orders returned outside of the 30 days will not be refunded or shipped back to the customer. 

Items from the sale section of our website and/or marked sale or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale items received at our warehouse will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back to the customer.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping in less the product they received was damaged. 

The cost of any shipping labels generated on the rockflowerpaper website will be deducted from your final refund. 

When submitting your return, if you wish to exchange your items for something new, we offer a 15% bonus credit.

Max bonus credit is $20. Bonus credit only eligible on first 5 returns. Note that if the product(s) purchased are not of a higher value than the original order, the bonus will have no impact on the transaction and will fall away.  It is only available at the time of return in the returns portal. The bonus credit does not apply to taxes. Customers will still have to pay the tax differential even if the bonus credit covers the difference in product cost. 

Rockflowerpaper is unable to refund shipping fees associated with your purchase or return.

Gift returns may be processed for store credit or an exchange. 

To start a gift return, make sure to click the Start Gift Return Here button in the returns portal.

If you received a damaged item, please use the returns portal below and select that as the reason for returning. Note that you will be required to upload a photo of the damaged item. Complete the return submission process and choose refund, exchange, or store credit within the portal and a team member will review the request and be in touch to resolve the issue. If approved, shipping and handling fees will be waived. 



Instructions for sending back your return:

    1. Print return label (if not using a QR code).
    2. Print packing slip - note that if packing slip is not included, processing times may increase.
    3. Securely pack items & packing slip. If available, please use original packaging.
    4. If using a return label, attach your label to the package.
    5. Drop off the package within 5 days to your nearest carrier location. If using a QR code, scan the QR code at the drop off location.
    6. We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.


When you make a qualifying return, we'll credit the full amount, less the shipping and handling charges. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days for credit to appear in your statement. 


In the event of an exchange, the new order is processed when the items are sent back and the return is marked as in transit by the carrier. You will receive an email confirmation when your new items are shipped, usually within 2 business days.

Store Credit

If you opt for store credit, it will be sent via email in form of a gift card when the original items are sent back and the return is marked as in transit by the carrier.
