Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you bring home from Rockflowerpaper. If something isn't quite right, here's how we'll make it right.
Return Window: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for items purchased on Rockflowerpaper.com only and must be shipped back to our New York warehouse. We cannot accept returns at our Outlet Store.
Return Shipping: A flat $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
What's Eligible: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Purchased at full price on Rockflowerpaper.com (sale and final sale items are not eligible)

Unworn and unused
-
In original condition with all tags attached
How to Return for a Refund

Log into your account and submit a return request through our self-serve returns portal

Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label by email

Ship your items back using the provided label

Once received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus the $7.00 return shipping fee)
How to Exchange: Our returns portal doesn't support exchanges just yet. To request one, email us at support@rockflowerpaper.com with the following information:

the item(s) you'd like to return

and what you'd like instead (including size or color if applicable).
We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Please note that exchanges can only be made once.
Received Something Damaged? We're so sorry. Email us at support@rockflowerpaper.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We'll take care of it right away, and return shipping is on us.
