How do I cancel my order?
We'll do our best to help! Contact us as soon as possible at support@rockflowerpaper.com with "Cancel Order" in the subject line, along with your name, order number, and the items you'd like to cancel. Once an order ships, we're no longer able to make changes.
How do I make changes to my order?
We can't always guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we'll try. Reach out to support@rockflowerpaper.com as quickly as you can and we'll see what we can do.
How do I process a return?
Visit our returns page to review our policy and submit a request through our self-serve portal.
How do I know if my order shipped?
You'll receive two emails from us: an order confirmation shortly after you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. If it's been more than a week and you haven't received either, please reach out and we'll look into it.
What's your shipping policy?
Orders ship from our New York warehouse within 2 business days (weekend orders ship the following Monday). Standard delivery takes 2 to 8 business days for continental US addresses. Free ground shipping on orders $65 and up. We ship within the US only and cannot deliver to PO boxes.
What's my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, feel free to reach out and we'll help you find the best fit.
How to measure:
- Chest: measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest
- Waist: measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape relaxed
- Hip: stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and click the account icon at the top right of the page to view your order status. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
How does the shopping cart work?
The cart icon at the top right of the page shows how many items you have. From there you can adjust quantities using the + and - buttons, or remove items entirely. When you're ready, click "Checkout" to complete your purchase.
