How Do I Cancel My Order?
Please contact our customer service team by clicking here. Be sure to state that you want to cancel the order in the "Subject" field, and include your name, your entire order, and the order number in the "Description" field.
It's best to reach out as soon as possible if you want to cancel orders. Once the order ships, we no longer have the power to cancel or recall orders.
How Do I Make Changes to an Order?
We love our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at rockflowerpaper. Changes once an order is placed cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to help!

How Do I Process a Return?
Rockflowerpaper takes pride in delivering the highest quality merchandise and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Items from the sale section of our website are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items received at our warehouse will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back to the customer.
Please report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team immediately upon receipt here or (800) 281-0357.
Return Shipping- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping. Rockflowerpaper is unable to refund shipping fees associated with your purchase or return.
To process a return or exchange:
Complete attached Customer Claim FormPlace item in box and/or original packaging. Place a copy of your invoice and completed Return Form in the box.

How Do I Track My Order?
If you have an account, sign in and hover over your account settings dropdown in the upper right hand corner of the page (next to the cart icon). Click on "Orders" and you'll see all of your pending and fulfilled orders. From there, you can see if your order is processing, shipped, or delivered.
We'll also send you a shipment notification email once your order ships from our warehouse. In that email is a package tracking number. Click the tracking number, and it will redirect you to the courier's website where you can keep track of your order.
How Does You Cart Work?
The bag icon at the top right corner of the page is your cart. The number will tell you how many items are in the cart.
From here, you can edit quantities of the items in your cart by clicking the bag and pressing the + or - buttons, or by replacing the quantity number.
If you want to remove an item completely, change the item quantity to 0 or click "Empty Cart".
If you decide that you want to checkout, the "Checkout" button below your items.
How We Fit & Size Our Apparel
Getting the fit right on our clothing, especially when designing a new silhouette, is a team effort involving many steps and a fine attention to detail. We consider every element of the garment - from its overall shape and length, to its neck drop and bottom sweep, to the drape of the fabric, down to exact button placement - all which create the easy, elegant fit that you love.
We begin by creating a prototype in a standard U.S. size medium. Our professional fit model Michelle and our technical designer Grace come in for a fit meeting. Our owner Katie Smith and our VP of Design Katie Shillinglaw are also at this meeting to make sure that everyone voices their feedback and is on the same page as we move forward with a design.
To keep the sizing consistent across all our apparel, we use Michelle as our fit model for every garment. We spent a lot of time determining who our customer is and what kind of fit we wanted for that customer. After a careful search, we chose Michelle, who has been a fit model for 18 years and represents our ideal size medium. She tries on the prototype and provides comments about fit, comfort, and ease of movement.
Grace makes adjustments to the garment and brainstorms options with us if we feel that the design needs any changes, like a different shape for a neckline, a lower hemline, or more fitted sleeves. She takes copious notes and a lot of photos and sends a new spec to the manufacturer to create a second prototype. A technical designer for 30 years and formerly the Manager of Technical Design for Travelsmith and Athleta, Grace preps all our samples and tech packs for our manufacturers to produce final products.
Sometimes, one garment needs up to 4 rounds of sampling and revisions before we feel that the fit and the fabric are exactly what we want. We also wash every prototype to ensure that our washing instructions are correct. The final step is ordering a size run, and we compare each size to Grace’s specs to make sure that all of our clothing is perfect for you.
How Will I Know if My Order has Shipped?
We'll send you two emails once you make your purchase.
1. Order Confirmation - We'll send this email to you as soon as our system accepts your order. This email will usually be sent within minutes of your order. Please contact us if you haven't received this email and we'll double-check to see if your order is in our system.
2. Shipping Confirmation - We'll send this email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. It will come with all the requisite tracking information so you'll be informed of the ETA and shipping progress of your order. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it may take a few days to receive this email. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't received your order OR this email, please contact us and we'll look into the issue for you.
Orders will be shipped from our Ohio warehouse within 2 business days of placing your order. If you place your order before 11am Eastern Time Monday – Friday your order will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be processed and shipped next business day. If you placed an order over the weekend, it will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Standard transit time for continental US locations is 2-5 business days.
Our shipping and handling charges are based on your order’s subtotal:
- Orders up to $75 have a shipping and handling charge of $5.95 for Ground service.
- Orders $75 and over qualify for Free Ground service*
Please note, Free shipping applies only to retail online orders shipped via ground (standard) and totaling $75+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes where applicable are added.
