Shipping & Returns
Rockflowerpaper takes pride in delivering the highest quality merchandise and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Orders returned outside of the 30 days will not be refunded or shipped back to the customer.
Face Masks and items from the sale section of our website are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items received at our warehouse will not be refunded, exchanged or shipped back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping.
The cost of any shipping labels generated on the rockflowerpaper website will be deducted from your final refund.
Rockflowerpaper is unable to refund shipping fees associated with your purchase or return.
Please report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team immediately upon receipt here or (800) 281-0357.
Please allow 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please note that it can take a few days for your credit to appear in your credit card account.
